Announcements 3/11/07

 Lenten Communion will be offered again this year on Wednesdays during Lent.  These services consist of a brief liturgy and the Sacrament.  They begin promptly at the appointed time and will last approximately 15 minutes.  Join us at either 6:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. on the following days: March 14^th, 21^st, and 28^th.

Interested in connecting with a small group?  Talk to Pam Allnutt, Dan Crabtree, Melissa Harkrider, or Dave Lundberg.

There will be a Quarterly Congregational Meeting on Sunday evening, March 25^th at 6:00 p.m.  There will be updates on the Capital Campaign, Construction, and Church Boards.  We will also be presenting several people for membership.

Men of Faith: Jere Johnson, a staff member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Chaplain of the Northwestern University football team, will be speaking at the March 17^th breakfast.  Please plan to attend and to bring a guest.  Northwestern alums and other fans can wear Northwestern colors. 

Dear friends,  Thank you to all who have supported, and continue to support, us during our moving season.  We could not have done it without help and the Body of Christ really came through!  Thank you for your prayers, and help with: laundry, painting, packing, cleaning, plumbing, scraping carpet, lifting, loading, and feeding!  Every bit of help was a blessing and we are deeply grateful.  God bless you all. Covenant Harbor Bible Camp has two special events coming soon! Annual Maple Fest, Sunday, March 25^th from 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Come eat pancakes and taste Harbor's own fresh maple syrup! Bounce castle and helicopter rides ensure a good time! Also, Friday, May 4^th at noon is the Harbor Point Ministries lunch gathering near O'Hare airport.
