You will have an amazing time with God and others on the All-Church Retreat. The retreat cost includes two nights in a room and four meals--breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. You can add on the pizza dinner on Friday and a grilled lunch on Sunday afternoon. Scholarships are available in the pricing menu.

Safe Sanctuaries is a comprehensive eight-hour training designed to empower pastors and leaders with the necessary tools to effectively minister to those who have suffered trauma due to the injustice of abuse. This training is conducted in-person, facilitating an immersive and interactive learning experience with ministerial colleagues.

There is pre-work required to be completed prior to the training. It is important that participants start from the same place of learning. The pre-work can be completed through the ECC's digital learning platform by July 16. You must create an account and add the Advocacy for Victims of Abuse Online Training module under Love Mercy Do Justice. Once completed, please email us a copy of your certificate.

This event is sponsored by our Care & Prayer Team. The cost is $20 to cover the cost of materials, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. The deadline to register is July 9. 

Stay after worship on July 27 for our annual meeting. If you are a member of the church, please plan to attend. All are welcome to come. Childcare will be provided in the nursery. 

Job Summary: The Office and Communications Intern plays a vital role in helping us fulfill our mission by managing and producing high-quality church communications. This includes print and digital publications, social media, the church website and app, and event promotion. The ideal candidate will help people connect to life in Christ and community through creative, clear, and consistent messaging.
Hours: 10 hours/week, September 1st 2025-April 30th, 2026
Compensation: $16/hour. This is a paid internship designed for a student or early-career ministry communicator. Schedule is flexible and can be adapted around academic commitments.

We were delighted that A could be with us in June and share his journey to faith in Christ and share the work that he and M do in Cardiff Wales. For the month of July, we will be collecting encouragement and thank you cards to be hand delivered to them in August. A box is located on the welcome table in the Narthex, along with an envelope to collect British Pounds as a gift for their ministry.

Dale & Sara Lusk serve the Evangelical Covenant Church as administrators and coordinators for short-term teams to minister around the world. They assist in developing healthy relationships between Covenant Churches and international ministry sites. Dale is the International Director for Global Engagements in the Evangelical Covenant Church.

• We just spent 3 ½ weeks meeting with ECC Global Personnel in Europe and visiting various potential sites for short-term teams and Global Interns. Pray for ECC churches and individuals to show interest in ministry to France, Germany, Albania and the Czech Republic.
• Pray for our Global Internship program - so far, we have had two individuals participate in the 2-3 month internship program, which is intended to disciple ECC church members and grow a new generation of Global Personnel. Pray for there to be much more interest in this program. Our goal is at least ten interns annually.
• We are training new Merge Coaches for Asia and Africa. Pray for their training to work well and for us to grow excellent coaches for our short-term teams.
• Pray for there to be less fear from ECC churches to travel outside of the USA to partner with our Serve Globally partners around the world.
• Pray for our daughter’s back as her scoliosis is not currently improving, and we are trying to avoid surgery.
• Pray for our son to learn how to read and grow in his interest in developing job skills for the future.
