We encourage you to stay after worship each week during the summer and play at least until noon! Come and go as you want.

This week's activity is WATER DAY! Bring clothes you can get wet in, a towel, and sunscreen. It is supposed to be sunny and in the 90s, so it's the perfect day for water games. Meet Jake Harvey on the church lawn after worship!

Pray for Nancy Dunham as she grieves the loss of her daughter.
I am having outpatient surgery on Thursday to remove a large lipoma on my back. I would appreciate prayers. -Jo Ellen Reaves
Thank the Lord my stepmom has asked for help managing her affairs. Please pray for her as it appears she is nearing the end of life. She is 76 and has no family nearby. -Marie Allison
Our friend Sarah, for whom we have been praying through her breast cancer journey, was in a serious car accident on Thursday. She broke her pelvis and both knees and has already had two surgeries to stabilize her. She will have additional surgeries this week to reconstruct her knee and hip and will be in the hospital and unable to walk for quite a while. This will affect her ability to work and to care for her aging parents. Please pray for healing, provision, and that she will turn back to God during this process. She acknowledges that it is a miracle that she is alive! -Amanda Franklin
Praise for the great rummage sale! We were able to raise $1,882.05 for World Relief, People's Resource Center, and World Vision. All the leftover items were given to World Relief.
Continue to pray for the family of Marilyn Roe as they mourn her passing.
Continue to pray for Emily Langan as she recovers from pneumonia.
Continue to pray for the Wheaton North High School and greater Wheaton community as they grieve the loss of 16-year-old Claire Bonga. Pray for her family and the many young people who are navigating this loss.
Continue to pray for the Deditos ministry as they grieve the loss of their director, José Abel de la Cruz. Pray for his wife and three adult children. Pray also for Sarah Johnson and everyone who is a part of the Deditos ministry.
Continue to pray for my cousin’s husband who has had several serious cardiac episodes over the past several weeks. He is doing better but still has a long road ahead. Please pray for him (Stacey), his wife (my cousin, Cherie), and for the physicians attending to him. -Ben Franklin

Pray For Our Missionaries/Ministries

Robert Reed & Nancy Maldonado serve with Freedom in Christ to equip the church to transform the nations by providing discipleship training and resources to pastors and leaders in the local church. As Directors for Latin America they support country representatives, recruit and train people to open up new countries, promote connection between countries, and provide ongoing training and spiritual formation for pastors and leaders in Latin America.

Praise for our successful mid-May move to Santander, Spain and God’s provision for our needs.
Praise our son Josue is able to participate in a special needs soccer team, an active youth group and connect with social services.
Pray for Freedom in Christ ministry in Latin America to foster collective discipleship in the church.
Pray for the completion of our Grace Course and projected launch this fall.
Pray for our Nov trip to Cuba serving with pastors and Christian business people to clean a river in Santa Clara and repair roads in Havanna. Join with us as we pray, explore and work towards what it means to disciple Cuba.
Pray for our financial needs to be met for salaries, pension and travel expenses.
