Pastor's Corner
Dear Faith Covenant Family,
Next week we face another election week. In these highly polarized times, it is essential that we reflect on how to emulate Jesus' love and character to our world and to one another. To that end, the Covenant's 1995 resolution on public and political discourse is a helpful tool for our formation in Christ. I encourage you to read it. These are ideals we strive to live out as individuals, as a church family, and as a denominational family. May God help us make our ideals a reality and show the world a radical unity that draws them to the beauty of Christ.
-Pastor Nate

Community Board
Friendsgiving Testimony Night: Come give thanks with us on November 21st at Compass Church South Naperville, as we listen to the testimonies of God's work in the lives of the residents we serve. There is no cost to attend, this is simply a night to give thanks and encourage men sharing their stories. Food will be provided and doors open at 6:30pm. Please contact Ray Hinsch if interested in attending. Looking for Affordable Housing: Many of you may know that I was looking for new housing arrangements last year before my lease expired. It now has become a necessity to find an affordable place to live. I have lived independently, but at this time would prefer renting a room w/in a home, sharing an apartment w/ someone else you may know, or at the very least a more affordable single studio or one bedroom apartment. The Community Board is a space for us to... Ask to borrow items
